Goodbyte Corporation, having successfully completed its development contracts and having fulfilled all of its obligations under its service contracts, has been dissolved.  Many  thanks to our loyal customers who have trusted their Human Resources data and the welfare of thousands of employees to our care.

All Goodbyte intellectual property, including the Goodbyte name and software,  is now owed by Goodbyte founder, Gary G. Hendrix.

Dr. Hendrix has retired and lives in Dripping Springs, Texas.
